Does have scuffs scrapes and minor rust, I don’t think is the original paint or the 3 glass windows, the glass have some chips on corners and 1 has a thin crack, the lock does not work, mechanism does turn with 1 Penny.
Will need to be cleaned and some parts replaced. If wanting to know exactly what parts message me and I will send some more detailed pictures. My camera is broken right now that’s why the pictures don’t look that good.
